The prices are subject to change without prior notice. KeysTeez has the right to modify,delete or cancel any order,content,user,page and everything related to KeysTeez.
If your outstanding payments for intangible goods are not clear within 2 days order will be canceled.
Personal information such as your name, email address, telephone number and identity verification can be requested. It is your wish as to whether or not you provide this information. If you choose not to, KeysTeez will not be in a position to provide you with its products & services.
Intangible Goods. (Digital Products / Email Delivered Products)
KeysTeez only provide you with the product key of the Games, DLC, and Software etc. It will either be snapshot of a product code or only product code. No disk is provided as all of these are downloadable contents. Any additional fee’s associated with the payment shall be paid separately.
KeysTeez may provide some non-english and region locked games which shall only be brought at your own risk, KeysTeez hold no responsibility for it.
Tangible Goods. ( Physical Products / Shipped Products)
The actual product and color may vary from pictures to pictures as these are for illustration purpose only.
KeysTeez only provide 7 days replacement warranty for tangible items such as t-shirts, hoodies & accessories etc. only and only if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Exchange, Return and Refund policy.
100% Amount will be refunded to store credits OR if you prefer getting it to your bank account or via easy paisa the additional fee charges will be deducted.
Intangible goods once sold can not be returned,exchanged or refunded until or unless we are unable to delivered it for some reason only and only then shall we refund you 100% amount you paid to store credits, bank transfer or easy paisa.
Intangible goods are only liable for a refund until they are dispatched from our system once dispatched can not be returned,exchanged or refunded.
Pre orders will not be returned,exchanged or refunded once order Status is in Processing, In case if its order status is On Hold only then can it be requested for a refund within 24 hours of the payment & the fee of 5% + processing charges will apply.
The product shall only be exchange, returned or refunded if it’s faulty, damaged or broken upon arrival, if the product is out of stock then and only then shall you get replacement product if the amount excesses then you will only and only be charged the exceeding amount. However if you wish to refund we recommend you choose store credits option where you will be charged no fee and if you wish to get of cash returned then the time required will be 7 working days and the fee will be deducted, depending on handling & processing charges, these terms only apply if the item fulfill these requirements:
- It’s returned within 7 day of purchase.
- With original receipt and tags attached.
- Returned item must not be stock clearance item.
Please note the item will be checked and inspected once it’s returned and if it meets the above requirement only then shall it be processed and however you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
